When will my order be shipped

If your order is placed after 2pm it will be processed the next day. Also cut-off for weekend orders processing orders and no orders being processed over the weekend. They will be shipped 48 hours tracked. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday.

Once it is dispatched it is usually 48 hour delivery.


My BOTTLE IS DIFFERENT THAN the one pictured

We are a craft gin company that means we do our drinks in small batches and hand put the label on every bottle by hand while we make sure every bottle is in perfect condition before going out ready for sale. What this means is even with the best care there might be slight differences compared to the one pictured.

The quality of the drink and the specially picked bottle will always be pristine.

This also includes bottle design. To keep up with demand and quality we may change the bottle design. Quality is always at the heart of what we do. If you have any questions please get in touch.

Shipyard Label

We are changing the old Shipyard Rum label, this is to bring the design in line with the full range, this will be happening over time. What this means for you is the label on the bottle might not match the image on the website.


Bottle Cap

We have changed supplier of our caps for a better quality cap. These will be changed though time as we make new batches of your favourite drink.


Engraving

As this is a personalised product please allow a few extra days for shipping. keep an eye on your emails for tracking information. Once its been dispatched 48 hours delivery.


Returns & Cancellations

We love our gins and rum and firmly believe in quality.  We really hope you’ll be happy with your selection, but if not, we can either exchange your purchase for something else in the collection or give you your money back.    Please contact us at simon@spiritoclyde.co.uk in advance of returning your purchase.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to the moment it has left the premises for delivery. Once the goods have been received you are then able to go through the returns process. A refund can be requested within 21 days of receiving the products. The price you pay for the products will be reimbursed. However, please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. A full refund will occur if only one bottle from the case is opened and the rest remain intact and unused. A collection will be arranged using our carriers. A charge of £6.00 for collection will be deducted from the refund. Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit originally charged. Please contact us directly before making a return.


Christmas Delivery Times

Friday 18th December normal

Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd December

Delivery charge for purchases below £40 will be £6.95 on those days. Purchases over £40 delivery will be free.

Deliveries will resume as normal from 5th of January 2021
