OUR GINS
“Ar Baile” is the name of our Gins and is Scottish Gaelic for “Our Town”. We use the best botanicals, which include Juniper, Bilberries, Orris Root and Pink Peppercorns as well as locally sourced water. Our flavoured gins “Apple” “Rose Gold” and “Tropical” are also infused with Apple, Raspberries, Pineapple and coconut. “Ar Baile” is distilled in Glasgow’s Gorbals and then hand labelled and bottled by our family.
ABOUT US
Launched in spring 2019, Spirit O' Clyde celebrates the town of Clydebank on the River Clyde. The Ross family have been part of the Clydebank community all their lives and are very proud of their heritage. Therefore, as a nod to the town, they decided to create a range of spirits that have real character, just like Clydebank. From conception to launch, Spirit O' Clyde have utilised as many local business along the Clyde as possible. The range currently includes 4 gins in the Ar Baile range.

#ClydebankLovesLocal has been put together to link in with a national #ScotlandLovesLocal TV, press and social media campaign that calls for people to #ThinkLocalFirst supported by The Scottish Government.
For Clydebank Loves Local this means asking local communities to continue to support local shops, retailers, trades-people, home-based businesses and freelancers and #ThinkLocalFirst!

Taking their Dry Gin as a base, the Tropical Gin has been expertly infused with pineapple and coconut for a vibrant yellow colour with the taste of summer to match.
Our DRY GIN
The Ar Baile Dry Gin is made using a combination of classic botanicals suchs as juniper, coriander and liquorice root as well as lemongrass, bilberries and pink peppercorns and is distilled using locally sourced water.
